My payment was declined — what do I do?

When a renewal payment fails, WorldStream automatically retries the charge over the following days and emails you each time.

To fix it:

  1. Sign in to your account at worldstream.tv.
  2. Open your payment settings and check the card on file — an expired card is the most common cause.
  3. Update the card or add a new one and save.
  4. Wait for the next automatic retry, or pay the overdue invoice straight away.

If the details are correct but the payment still fails, contact your bank — many banks block international or recurring charges by default. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage payment there. For anything unresolved, email support@worldstream.tv.
